On 2.0 version, there is a way set the comments and friends only viewable to you. That way, even if people fix the url, they still can't view the comments.
But how do you do that on the 1.0 version?

Yep. It's not possible because they can view your page's source and look at your friends/comments through there. They can also use the FireFox trick of changing the Page Style to "No Style" and having everything shown.
