Whats a really simple html editor. I dont mean like one with a WYSIWYG and stuff.
Like I need an html editor that just looks like notepad but it has like the numbered lines and different code is colored different ways.
So whats a simple html editor that opens really fast:)

EditPlus. It's great -- I used it to write HTML code at work for several years. It says it costs money, but you can just keep hitting the "Ignore" button on the payment prompt for all eternity. Or pay for it -- it's worth the cash.

I recommend
Notepad ++, I know you said that you don't want one with
WYSIWYG, but the has that and it open under 5second.

Right now Im using NoteTab Light and its really good. But it doesnt have the numbers at the side and it doenst color the code. Between Notepad++ and EditPlus I like Notepad++ better because its a little simpler looking and it has the tabs on top which i like:)

Webs ;; you could make your layout there and then just copy and paste the code. That's what I do sometimes but most of the time I just use notepad and CoreFTP to edit my site.
