I'm all for literary references -- hell, I'd like to name a kid Oscar or August myself -- but MOWGLI? People who choose to give their children ridiculous names (I'm looking at you, Gwen Stefani and Jason Lee) ought to have their parental rights revoked. Or at least have the state intervene on behalf of the child.

That kids gonna have one hell of a time in school.
Not only is his name weird, but so are his parents.
