Just a simple repeating tile, about the size of an icon.
I have no idea how to do this, and i've been trying...and its been ending up horrible.
So if you could help, that would be amazing.
Thanks in advance

You mean like this?

There are a lot of seemless tiling background sites. Depending on the software you use, you can use a pattern feature, so that you don't have to try to draw them out.

Yea, just one thats a picture, and if you were to tile it, it would be like one image, like this too.

See how its 2 image, but it looks like 1 big one?

Oh well all you have to do is one image. If you want to make it "abstract" or something then that all depends on you. First you open up whatever photo editing program you're using and use whatever you need to make your image but you have to make sure everything is alike on the sides so that you if you put it together then it'll fit. It's like dividing everything equally and like I said the design all depends on you. So, if you "divde" everything equally then you should be able to put two or more together evenly.

Such as the example I gave. Since it's divided equally and no matter where you put it it will still "fit in". It's sort of like a puzzle I would say.

^Yeah, basically. Thanks, that's what I was trying to say. tongue.gif

you just have to make sure that the two edges (right and left) (top and bottom) will match eachother if put side-by-side.

Well how would i go about doing that?
Sorry it took me a little long to reply.

I'm going to try to explain this the best way I can...This way works best with texture-y images.

Take your image and expand the canvas to twice the size it is now (have your image in the center). Select the top half of the image, promote it to a layer, then move it to below the image (keep it in it's own layer). Then take the bottom half and move it to the top. Blend the edges between the cut pieces and the original image. Then do the same thing with the sides.

^I feel kind of dumb now that you explain it, i'm still going to have to try it soon now.
Thanks =D
