Gimp is awesome. You can use PS brushes on Gimp 2.4+ There are lots of tuts etc for it now. It's pretty much the same as PS but free. I <3 it. :L

Since this has been bumped, I say Warez is the way to go.

Or if you don't want to have to buy a new computer, Gimp is what you need.

really lunapic? that's not really good plus its on the internet not really something as good use photofiltre you can also use brushes on that too and blending is great :D
