Anyways, I remember learning about this in my Anatomy & Physiology class in high school. It's pretty fascinating. And yeah, I do agree that it is sort of sad.

Jeez, it was sarcasm. It really is sad. But it's pretty cool, too. Wish I could wake up one day with a British accent.
