i was kinda shopping early for my snow days dress (snow days is kinda like a homecoming dance) and i was wondering if any of you girls or guys know where cute dresses are pretty cheap yest very cute besides forever 21 and charlotte russe.
i always shop there, and i'm getting a little bored with it and want to find other shops.

You could look around at some bridal shops where you live, some usually have cheaper semi-formal dresses for sale(I got my prom dresses at a bridal shop).
