After the tremendous success of Kanye West's Graduation, fans have been patiently waiting the arrival of his next brainchild. Well wait no more. Multiple blogs, including Nahright and respected DJ Semtex's official blog have begun reporting that Ye's next venture will be out before year's end. MTV UK has also reportedly received confirmation of the projects saying: "both Jay and Kanye are set to release new albums before the end of 2009. It's well known Jigga has been working on a new LP- likely to be called The Blueprint 3 - with another West produced track "Jockin' Jay Z" already leaked to the web. Kanye was not expected to release a new album in 2008 but the follow up to Graduation now seems likely to be with us in the near future!"

Kanye's next single will be called "Love LockDown" and his 4th LP is on track to hit stores in December. According to MTV UK (but not confirmed) "Love LockDown" will be available for download on Sept 8th.

According to XXLmag.com, Kanye West is set to announce his new album this weekend at the MTV Video Music Awards. A source in Kanye's management camp told XXLmag late yesterday that "official word" on the new album will be coming Sunday night during his "explosive finale" closing out the show.

Was anybody else disappointed with his performance? Good single, but the performance was a letdown. I will admit, that Kanye is going a lil Britney now, which is understandable.

BET.com reports, via its "Sound Off" blog, that Kanye West will entitle his new album 808's and Heartbreak. The LP is has a working release date of December 16, according to Young Legend, who originally reported the news via OnSmash.com. Amazon.com and retail giant Target have quickly followed suit and are already allowing customers to pre-order the album.

West is rumored to make frequent use of Auto-Tune vocals, as he has during guest spots on Lil Wayne's "Lollipop," remix and Young Jeezy's "Put On." It has been speculated that the album will feature a significant amount of sung vocals much like Kanye's recently leaked song "Love Lockdown." The recent death of West's mother and the end of his engagement are also rumored to be subject matter. Having taken to only giving updates via his blog at KanyeUniversecity.com as opposed to press interviews, neither Kanye nor any representatives at Def Jam have confirmed the rumor. It's to be noted that the album was rumored to be called Good Ass Job, according to Kanye's five-year plan of progressing album through the College Dropout saga.

According to TMZ.com, Kanye West was arrested this morning at Los Angeles International Airport's American Airlines terminal for vandalism. Per the report, the superstar producer and rapper attacked a photographer after West felt his privacy was violated.

West reportedly smashed the still photographer's camera after a scuffle, an exchange which was allegedly caught by a TMZ videographer. Noticing this, West and his assistant confronted the video cameraman, demanding the tape.

At this time, both West and his assistant were arrested and apprehended.
