This is my first time using a container div and moving footer and I'm really happy with the CSS. I have a couple questions, though.
Safari, Opera, Chrome users: if there is a really big, nasty coding error, could you possibly take a screen shot of it so I can fix it? I like browser compatability, but I havn't got the space right now to put all the browsers on my computer... =.=
IE users: any idea on how to make the name (die Namen) section visible? The image below is what it looks like in FF, but it's hidden in IE and playing with the z-index isn't helping.
Also, I feel like the layout is missing something. I even experimented with rollovers (albeit basic ones) and I still don't know. There's just something I can't quite put my finger on. Any ideas?

I'm not completely sure why the title isn't showing up in IE, but I did notice something minor in the properties for the div with it. I don't think overflow:hide; is correct. It should be overflow:hidden;. That may change absolutely nothing, but you never know.
Other than that, I think the design is cute. It's simple, but I like it. Personally, I think the glow on the credit, copyright, and rollovers is a bit out of place, but that's about it.

I'm not sure that I like the way you used the blockquotes. They just seem a little out of place with the rest of the layout. Overall, it looks very nice.

I don't really care for the blockquotes.
And I think you should work on the link thing.
Try having the right side take the whole column.

block quotes look better on websites... MS layouts don't really need them.
Its a little plain... and the round corners can be squared out a bit so its not soo round. the links look great and the content section looks a little weird. I mean gray goes with a lot of different colors... but for some reason it looks a little weird. Could be the green? not too sure. the idea in mind is good though... not saying this is a bad layout.
also on netscape everything looks fine. although the ad doesn't show.

She pretty much said what I was going to say.

Oh my gosh.
That is like the coolest looking layout I have EVER seen!
I'd love to use that for ANYTHING! ;D
It is spectacular.
Good job. ;]

It looks really cute and all, but some of it doesn't match.
I think the navigation is really pretty, and I like the roll-over with the outer glow, but maybe try another color? I'm not too crazy about the bevel and emboss either.
The main thing that's bugging me is all the colors.
There's like gray, yellow dotted lines, light blue, bright green, pink, yellow. I think it's a little too much. Maybe you should just stick with 2 or 3 colors for the interior.
Otherwise, I think it's really cute and if you work on it, it'll look better c:

The CSS does look pretty neat, so good job on that.
Hm, for the most part, a lot of things don't match. Like the neon-green-on-gray for the footer and "die namen" part. Also, I think you should choose a more happy-looking font for the tabs at the top, rather than a Courier-ish font. Hmm .. I think the whole grayness of the box is what makes the layout look a little dull, so you might want to put more white for the content areas. And, since the theme is a rainbow, you'll probably want to use more of the other colors into the rest of the layout. But then again, I personally think rainbow-themed layouts are .. eh.
