I've seen tons of these done. They're ridiculously hard to make.

i was thinking the same thing, if it was manipulated, usually they are pretty dark, to balance out the colors and lighting of the images they grabbed, but this one is good all around, while still dark, theres not drastic light changes anywhere in the image to indicate it was from a bunch of stock.
