Im currently having a problem with image coding on my profile that just started happening one day. The <img src=""> code stopped working on my page. All images are turning into ".." when I view my profile.
Ive tried all the variations that I could think of the <img code but they all got the same result.
If anybody knows why this is happening, Id greatly appreciate the help.

It's nothing wrong with the code but try re uploading the image.

I tried, multiple times. Its so confusing because I know a lot about HTML, yet nothings working. One day it just started happening. Like MySpace changed a rule or I messed with something.

Well, if you're using a picture host site like "Photobucket" or "TinyPic" they should have the HTML codes for you to copy/pasta.

Image codes are really picky with me. I have to have mine exactly like this for it to work:
CODE
<img src="" border="0" />

Myspace has been doing some strange things lately, I've noticed this too, except it's been doing it to any text links I do.

Wait and see what happens tomorrow, maybe the host is acting wack.

Did you try FaceBook or any other sites..?
If the image codes work on other sites, then this is definitley Myspace's issue.

it could be maybe myspace is trying to be XHTMl strict? I doubt it though
try
CODE
<img src="URL" border="0" alt=""/>

Moved to Myspace Support.
It's a little late and pointless now, but whatever.
Maybe you accidentally erased a part of the code or changed something. I just checked my profile and everything is fine.

CODE
<img src="URL" border="0" alt=""/>
That should work. However, it may just be your browser or computer. My images are working, and so are my friends'.

it's probably just a typo. if you do a foreign HTML code on myspace, it turns into two dots. just check to make sure you didn't put <img sr=""> or <img src""> or <img stc=""> or something.

I think that's the issue. I'm sure MySpace has resolved it already. If not, they will as soon as possible.
