on PS Cs3 I pushed some button and now it looks like this

How do I get rid of them?

On the top bar, click on "View," there should be a "Show >" in the drop-down menu... you'll probably find that "Grid" is checked - just click it again to uncheck it.

View> extras. The extra has a check on it, click it to uncheck it and they should go away

those work, but if you have extras visible, and just want to get rid of the grid lines, go to
view > show > grid
