brushes, patterns, & gradients.

the first one seriously is just seriously.. simply, brushes & gradients.
i'm not exactly sure where you can find those brushes, but here are steps on how you can get that look if you were to have those brushes, or if you wanted to do it with other brushes:
(there was a good tutorial that i cant find anymore so ill just tell youuu)

1. create a new layer above your product (ie, that whole pic, minus the nice colors)
2. set either a gradient or use the brush and brush a buncha colors on it and set the layer mode to color
3. erase parts of it that you don't like (in this case, selena's face area).

the little paw on the top left corner seems to have a pattern of xoxo's filled in it, which can easily be done by creating your own pattern [ http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/photoshop...avepatterns.htm ] and filling that layer (have that brush on a seperate layer) with a pattern overlay.
the little checkerboards on the right top-middle part and bottom left can also be patterns faded within the image.

for the next two:
the little starburst effect [ http://www.createblog.com/tutorials/tutorial.php?id=1262 ] can be easily done.

the rest is just gradients and brushes that are on top of it with the blend mode changed. and it seems the 2nd one has very very high contrast, so you can edit the pic's contrast pretty easily by going to image>>new layer adjustments>>brightness/contrast.

(err.. this is all assuming if you're using photoshop but i'm pretty sure it could be translatable to other programs easily)
