A double facade solves not only zoning rules requirements but also energetic, fire-resistant and acoustic insulation ones. This duplicated plane is not just a wrapper but a volume between Bilbao and the inner space. This element allows to breath the building.



In the other hand, that folded element produces multiple views of the city, and changing its appearance depending on the point of view , the hour and the season. The objective of this element is introduce the mutability, the dynamic spirit of the city.

That's cool. It reminds me of that building near-ish Chelsea Piers , only it looks like it's frosted up on the inside. Know the one I mean?

i don't know why like half the pictures in this aren't showing up. is it just me? if i edit it and preview post they show up but then once i view it normally only a few show.

No, they were being weird yesterday for me too. But I just used the quick edit and you had a <br> in there, since you put the [*/thumb] tag on a separate line. They're good now.

Both the daytime view and the nighttime view are GORGEOUS.
