I was wondering how can I make something exactly like this for my layout? Except I would have a different background and a different background for the inside. Or if there is anyone in here willing to do it for me...it's a very simple background...please

Exactly what are you trying to do?
If you want the default look, then I suggest going to
www.myspace-crash-codes.com

They have a lot of codes for just about anything you need, and also www.hot-lyts.com they have tutorials and stuff.

changing the background within an html code is very simple,

copy the layout code and open up notepad,
paste it into notepad
on the bar, go to "edit" then choose "find"
type in "background-image:", you should see a url to an image a little bit after that. replace that url with what you want.

Since you already have the codes, changing the background is all you need to do. Just upload one and replace the URL in bold in the codes above.

You mean you can't design one? You can have someone make one for you in this topic. You need 25 posts for a graphic, though.
