Well I heard PSP was the same and free unlike PS. I tried dling the crack and all but it doesn't work on my computer.

Um, you can use the same techniques that are used for avatars in PSP, but make the image size bigger. Besides, you should used tutorials to inspire, not to copy step by step.

Well, you don't necessarily need a tutorial on specifically making signatures. You just need to know certain skills and techniques that you can apply to one. If you read tutorials on how to color, blend, use text, etc., you'll be good.
