Yeah, try pressing Ctrl+U if you're using FireFox. If you're using Internet Explorer, right-click and select View Source.
Also to add on, to find the specific section press Ctrl+F and type in about or any of the other sections and it will bring you to the coding of that section.

For the first question, try this out:
Replace URL with the url of the image you want to place above your display name. Then, replace the top padding with the height of your image.
For the second question, that's not done through coding. It's an image designed by someone. If you want the same thing, you'd have to design it yourself.
