I merged your two posts. Your topic hasn't even been up for 24 hours, so there's no need to bump it Someone will answer you....just be patient.

Pattern on top of the pictures, used tons of brushes for the sides.

Sparkly brushes or whatever they're called for the sparkles and brushed some pink on top and put on overlay or softlight for that pink effect.

It's actually quite easy to do if you know your way around ps.

when the two images were blended, it seem the person use a brush to erase the cut off of the image and behind that layer filled it with a bunch of different brushes. Pretty simple.

the burst of color was done like this

this, is one image rotated and desaturated. to mimic this effect you can cut the image scrap book style with the polygonal tool in photoshop.

also to start you off the lines are a pattern, you can make this your self but heres one that i made.
