Just thought I'd say that I think Nat has been doing a really great job. It seems like she's the only one going through the queue (except for the occasional help from Cristy), and it's been pretty full lately.

Yeah, the queue's numbers have been higher lately because some DS members have been busy. We are managing, though.

We definitely notice when DS people take a break, but I think Nat's been doing great both on the design side and community side of the site.

Rebecca technically isn't admin, but she's broken down and done a couple of things, I think. She'll be a mentor, yes?

hay is it me or did he disappear? where are you broseph and why have you deleted so much of your stuff? I know you made more than ten-fifteen posts since december, and all your writing threads you edited to "delete this" or "restricted" or "Trash" or something like that. Mang I don't know, don't you hold this site close and dear to your heart? Not very staff-like imo to just disappear and start getting rid of your posts which I might add contributed to the community even if people thought they were fake/forced/lame.

I don't know why he is deleting all his stuff :\ but he does plan on leaving staff once the writing is contest over I was going to wait until then to make an announcement.

i don't really get what javonn did that makes it so he mods more than the rest of people staff. you don't think carrie mods as much as javonn? i think all our people staff seem pretty equal as far as spreading around modding actions. besides brandon, but he's absent right now so that's understandable.

you said dani was one of the only mods who mod but how do you get that? dani is one of the least, if not the least (sang?), active staff members there is. plus yesterday when you praised her for modding a topic (the cb love one) she didn't even mod it as far as i can tell. she just gave an opinion that people should get off joseph's back. dee was the one who actually modded it. dee is the one who does 70% of admining imo. dani over dee? eh. they're both good mods, dee's here more though so she does more by default i think.

that's just my opinion but i'm unclear how you came to the conclusion javonn and dani are the only ones who do anything. i think a lot of staff actually mod

i wasn't saying that the others weren't doing anything. i meant props in particular to those two for actually doing something about the spamfest in the lounge. everyone else seemed to just turn a blind eye to it. of course, some of them weren't on at the time or whatever. but you see other mods just post in those threads and not do anything with them.

i just looked through them again. maybe it wasn't dani, but christy. my bad.

You quoted one of my posts in that topic saying "hallelujah. mods are finally doing something." because I said something about the bashing that was being directed at Cohen. Apparently our definition of modding involves actually making a mark in the mod logs (I didn't know this), so I didn't technically "do" anything, but I assume that's what you were referring to.

I'll admit I haven't been around a whole hell of a lot lately, but thanks for noticing the one thing I did do. I remember back when I WAS super active and pretty much everything I did went unnoticed, so hey. Yes, people, I did one thing, and it wasn't all that great of a thing, but I'm glad someone acknowledged it.
