When I was in High School, I never saw any girl hit a guy in the groin -- that was considered serious stuff. Now it seems to be just a joke. I'm curious if it really is more commonplace now, so I'm posting a survey.

If you have any experience, was it just a joke, or was it serious? How did the guy react? Did you feel bad about it or not?

... I used to kick guys in the crotch all the time in elementary school just because I could. The guys would usually grab their crotch and try very hard to pretend it didn't hurt.
Oh, and I kicked a guy in the leg (right above the knee) once in grade 4, and he grabbed his crotch and screamed at me for kicking his sensitive area. What a douche.

But yeah, I don't think I've kicked anyone in the crotch since then...

I haven't noticed this, at least not around here.

does it count if it was an accident? i've playfully slapped a guy's thigh but missed & hit his crotch cause he moved...

well, and another time i was like 8 and this guy was being mean to me & really annoying so i hit him in the crotch don't mess, dudes.

My boyfriend told me his ex used to kick him in the balls on a daily basis when they were together because she thought it was funny. That shit isn't at all funny or cute; you could seriously hurt a guy doing that.

Not really. I mean, I'll do it if they deserve it.
But I never did it because it was the "cool" thing to do.

It used to be a common threat in junior high I guess, but no one's ever done it unless they were super pissed/in self defense.

I personally don't enjoy getting punched in the uterus, so I also don't enjoy punching dudes in the balls.

Freshman year i kicked my friend in the balls. I felt reallly bad actually because i guess he felt sick and had to go home after that. I told him that i was sorry though and really sorry if i ever messed up his chances of ever having children.

Then maybe about a week a go a lightly hit my boyfriend because he said "hit me" so i did.

I accidentally hit a guy's junk at work, and I've done the same to my boyfriend.

I'm surprised that guys are so quick to forgive about it.

I think it's rather rude and stupid.
A lot of girls don't know how bad that shit hurts, and that it can really mess a guy up down there.
