You can't sign on as a "guest," but you're right about the ban being useless. Thing is, IP ban would be useless too, so...For the record, he's already be IP banned.

I have an honors degree in stupid, thank you very much.
Also, banning from forums =/= banning from submitting to the queue. One we can control, one we cannot. So essentially, you'd be calling the site owner stupid, not the admins.
You guys know I didn't mean it like that, I just think it was pointless. And I said that before I knew that he was IP banned and using a proxy. I thought the admins just banned his one account, which would be pointless.
