lol, my "guy next door" is my suitemate too.

i haven't met the girl next door yet. as you know, no guys for me.

I've never talked to my next-door neighbors, not that they have any children I'd be interested in. However, the family that lives downstairs (I live in a three-floor/three-family house) has a cute son who's in his first year of college. Even though I've lived here for 13 months, I never actually saw him till this past summer, and I've never gotten to have a conversation with him.

the house next door..is a crack house..so..they don't look so hot.

My neighbours have always either been old men with big bellies or nerdy fobs with dorky glasses.

The people next door are old and have caretakers [who are not cute].

My neighbor is cute! He's in the military so he's in shape & he's a genuinely nice guy.
One of my neighbors is a bit of a creepy stalker type, he watches me from his window whenever I go outside my house.

Well perhaps if you were bi, this could possibly not be a problem.

I have an old Asian fob couple and a newly weds with toddler kids as neighbors.

So, upon seeing him more often, I've decided that he's sort of introverted and awkward (in a bad way), which decreases his attractiveness. :(
