For someone to tell another person they like them, then go out with other people ?
It sounds like you already know.

um so you told someone you liked them....then dated other people after that? Sounds like you got rejected. jk idk. but it's kinda misleading to someone if you were to say you liked them then date after that. It's confusing too. No one likes to get confused. lol

I wouldn't call it
wrong. I think it's not polite. But why would you do that if you like them?

hmm. It can be real hurtful, i wouldnt say wrong but its definatly a hear quencher.
I remember i really liked my friend and he said to my other friend "I wish i knew a girl who liked me. Other than natalie"

It sends the wrong message, that's for sure. Don't tell anyone about your feelings for them unless you're certain that you like them, and willing to date them (assuming they like you too). It's not fair to the other person if you confuse them like that.

Definitely don't want to lead someone on. Or be lead on. If someone, whether I knew them well or not, did that to me I wouldn't be happy.

That's misleading, at its best.
To quote the quote underneath your icon, that's "BAD NEWS."
You're playing with feelings, and that's a game that nobody can win.

Unless it happened
to her. xD
But of course, that's an idiotic thing to do.

Thank you guys !
And yeah you're right, Im not doing it.
But at the beggining I thought it wasn't THAT WRONG, since we are not dating or anything [yet], we just like each other.

I think its extremely rude for someone to tell someone they like them and then go around dating other people.

I personally think it depends on the situation. Me and a guy used to like each other, but neither of us took the initiative to make something happen. Then another guy came along who I really started to like, and I ended up going out with him instead. The other guy got pretty mad at me, but you know....that's life.
