alright, i have an assignment in my graphic design class to make a logo out of my initials, NS.

i wanted to make mine creative-ish, so it won't be so boring... i'll be using it for the whole school year.

i can't really think of any ideas... anyone mind helping me out??

Why don't you make it out of something you like? Like animals or flowers or whatever. You can have like... a snake make the "S" or something lol. Or vines w/ flowers or bugs on it... forming the letters (: How big does it have to be? Then you can tell how much detail you can incorportate into the design.

Yeah, try to make it personal, with things that describe/represent you. I'm not sure what you like but I'm sure you'll come up with something. _smile.gif

If it's going to be your logo, then you're really the only one who could determine what would look best. We don't know you, so we don't know what your interests are and whatnot. Just try and think of something you really like and go from there.

There's really not much you can do with the placement of the letters, so if you're looking for creativity, I'd suggest focusing more on what idea/message/emotion/style you're trying to get across WITH your letters. Try to add nuances around the letters, make them into figures, add decorations, etc.

we're doin the same thing in my design class, except we partnered up and have to create each others.
The person I have likes summer, Aztec, and Sun, so this is one I came up with(totally unfinished)

Then I have another one on paper that has a "crescent" sun with triangular figures representing rays then the initials PAF.

Basically find something you like that you feel represents you. It's funny because those are my same initials. Good luck!
