Yes, I recommend Wordpress as well. However, there are always other blogging softwares to choose from (eg. Drupal, Expression Engine, Movable Type, etc).

I never quite figured out how to use Wordpress. eventually I gave up and started using Nucleus. it's so easy to use and I love it.

There's always fanupdate. I've never used it, but I'm thinking about putting it on my site. Wordpress seems too much of a hassle to me. You can't just stick it in and go.

It's not a hassle at all. The process just takes a while because there are a pretty long set of instructions. However, once you get it, it's no big. Plus, it's recommended for people who want to use a set of themes and not just one layout. But hey, it's up to you.

Setting up wordpress can be a little bit of a hassle unless your host has Fantastico. I was done in about five seconds, and then imported my posts to my new host. It was sweet. I love it because once you have it set up you can customize every single page on your site the same way, and only input the code once. Plus all the plug ins.

Wordpress is the best blogging script you can get your hands on. And it's not to hard to get set up, or to use it, if you want to have it on I can set it up for you if you would like and then the admin cp is simple as pie.
