Think of things that you know you and her can carry on a conversation about. Just think of anything to say, unless it's really stupid. Don't leave her there in awkward silence.

i don't want to dump her i realllly like her just to quiet to say anything i usually kept quiet when i liked a girl thing is this is my sisters friend and i kinda got pressure into asking her out when some of her friends told me to ask her out which made things more difficult since i was horrible at thios stuff but i had scrached all the courage i could get up and asked her sadly i used all the courage up and now paying for it

Carry a little notebook, like one of those moleskin journals. Then when you can't think of anything to say you can look in your little book and find something to talk about XD

Well u obviously haven't had much experience with girls, which isnt a bad thing. Once you get more confidence i'm sure it will come to you. The easiest way to start a convo is to find something that you both are interested in and it should escalate from there.

And then you changed once she agreed to go out with you.
