I made it go away and I can't get it back! HEEELP!

Go to control panel, taskbars and start menu, and restore the settings.

How did you make it go away, exactly? Were you messing with your settings?

If it still did not work, press the start button key on the keyboard to see if you can go to Paint.

Make a screenshot for us, and we'll figure it out.

I just had to change the theme. and yes my little brother was messing with the bottom bar.

It was probably set to automatically hide. you think? So just change that, or hover over the bottom of the screen.
