Lately, when I try saving optimized images with ImageReady, they turn out looking like this :



I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, but it's seriously bothering me. If anyone knows how to fix it, I'd greatly appreciate it!

is that a video that you made into a .gif? or a bunch of images together? &how do the original pictures look?

Umm it's a .gif image I found on photobucket. I can't seem to locate it anymore though...
