I currently design something and I tried to add text.
When I tried to, the font size were TOO small. I put 1296, the limit and it was like an 8px font size.
How can I fix it?

Can you tell us what font it is? Or at least a screen shot of your screen?

It happens with all the fonts.

In your screenshot, under navigator, it says 58% or something. Zoom out to 100%. :p If that still doesn't solve it, it may be your resolution, but I'm sure if you zoom out itll resolve it lol.

I did that, but it only zooms the picture and the font is still that small.
Any other idea?

I don't use Photoshop, but could the problem possibly be that you don't have the text highlighted or selected when you're changing the size?

^yes.
first, zoom in to 100%.
highlight your text, type in a new font size, and hit enter.

Check your resolution. I think the default is 71 or was it 72? Lol.

It didn't worked, but I tried to toggle the font, by making bigger the width and the height from 100% to 500% and it seems to work.

It's resolution. You're probably on a ridiculously low one right now like 10 dpi.
Go to Image --> Image Size. Make sure 'Resample' is turned OFF, and make sure the line that says 'Resolution' is 72 pixels/inch.
Sometimes it does that for me even when my resolution is fine though. So I don't know what else to tell you...maybe keep restarting? But always, always make sure your resolution for any web work is 72 pixels/inch or it'll be hard to work with.

i have this problem a lot.
This is my little trick to get the font bigger. What you do is save the picture and just re-open it. 9/10 times the font should be bigger then
