So my ability to control my erection could be easier controlled if I did kegel exercise everyday?

No. If it allowed you to control your blood flow, I would do them so I could actually do something useful, like shooting blood out of my eyeballs. Instead, you'll be able to better control your orgasms and ejaculations, which is dumb.

Kegels for women I can understand.
But how does a guy perform a Kegel exercise?

Kegels are just contracting the pubococcygeus muscle. Anybody can do them.
You just don't hear about men doing Kegels as much because we're too busy doing real exercises, like bench pressing bear carcasses.

QUOTE
Kegel exercises are designed to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles (also called your PC muscles ). Kegel exercises can be good for men who are experiencing incontinence or who lack ejaculatory control (premature ejaculation). They have also been recommended as a way of changing how orgasms feel (some, but not all, men say it enhances their orgasms).
http://sexuality.about.com/od/anatomyrespo...t/kegelsmen.htmI had no idea. Sounds interesting. I wonder if it actually does make a difference for men.
