You could make a card and/or plan a surprise and romantic date for her, perhaps? If she's more on the romantic side, maybe you could buy heart balloons, put love notes inside, so she'll only see it when she pops it? Haha. It could be a game too. ;]

Flowers, a card, and chocolate never fails. then just get her a giftcard to the mall, not just one store. She still gets what she wants cause she's spending whatever amount you give her on whatever she wants. Then she's happy and that makes you happy. it's a win/win deal really.
