Due to excessive JAILBAIT at CB, I propose this idea.

CB members should be color coded by AGE.

0 - 13 : Red
14 - 17 : Yellow, or still red
18 up : GREEN!

I approve of this idea. It would save ALOT of time.

I think I've seen on other boards where you can make the member's names different colors. I don't remember if it is because of a group or what though.

I don't know how accurate this would end up, ha ha. If you guys are still thinking about it though, I'd probably implement it for cB Profiles only, rather than group titles.

Ok, I don't really like this idea. One: that would be a ton of colors, and right now we have enough. Two: You can click on someone's profile and find their age. Three: Just assume everyone is jailbait, until you know for sure.

I like the idea, but I think the only reason why this wouldn't work is because you can change your birthdate to any year whenever you want to... so you can still lie about your age.

I have no problem with the idea but some members might not want their age to be displayed.

Well it was just an idea. It was meant to be a warning. Red light/Green light.

If some kid chooses to pretend he/she is in the green field, let the consequences fall on them.

Lol, this would work to a certain extent but of course then sometimes you have those kids that lie about their age at registration and then come on the forums and blast their real age everywhere

Also consider that the birthday field is not required upon registration I'm pretty sure.

Well, instead of changing colors, why not add a little icon next to the username or in that left info area on the left of every post?

You know, if they're jailbait, there could be a set of prison bars. If they're older, there could be a car or something. Choosing what the icon would be is a whole new game, but, since everyone else is color coded...

we can't be held liable if someone lies about their age and then tries to sue for some unknown reason. they know the community guidelines, they checked the box at the time of registering, and they signified that they were above 13. what they do after that is their choice. if they want to lie about their age, cB can't be held responsible, therefore, we don't need this.
