here is a photo of me. My hair is about down to...well.. a lil past my under arms (armpits or whatever >.<)

my hair is teased in this pic. But it doesnt have the right layers to tease it..so i'm looking for the right Kawaii or Scene hairstyle :D

well either way you'd have to tease it and so every day to get it to look right.
so i'd say something likeeee one of the following:

You should have your hair like the girl on the second picture. Her hair isn't teased, but it looks like it because it's nicely layered. That way, your hair won't get damaged for having to tease it daily. Having it two-toned would probably look nice on you as well.
