damn, there comes a time when the count reaches a ridiculous amount, and i think you reached that where the hell do you keep all those songs? i was getting up around 2,500 +, but my hard drive is only 60 gb so i decided to delete shit. i didn't mind though because i have too many songs that i skip when i'm on shuffle anyway. i'm trying to get mine down to the stuff i really truly like. now i go back and forth between around 1700 and 2000

I have an 80gb ipod and I keep all my music on a 200gb external (my laptop's harddrive is even bigger than that, but I don't keep that much on it to avoid slowing down the computer).

I'm really into music so I listen to a lot, and I like to be able to listen to anything I happen to want to listen to. Having to remove and replace things really didn't work for me.

...Time to save up for a bigger mp3 player.

Though me being the cheapskate I am, that's usually what I end up doing.

I've got 5386 songs. My dad has 200 more than I do. That angers me.

1968, hahaha. I usually just keep my most listened to stuff on there. I'm still old school and play CDs in my car instead of hooking up my iPod. My iPod is pretty much empty.

limewire pisses me off but i like the set up. i want to be able to just type in what i want and all the options come up right like that.


my songs are from cds i had, limewire, zshare links, and then i buy a pretty good amount off itunes. i don't have a problem buying something if it's going to be actually worth my money.

i've never had any problems with limewire.
occasionally i'll get a song that plays for 4:00 minutes but it shows as 18, so i'll just cut it up in soundforge.

i've spent alot of money on music over the years but i grew out of alot of it.

i have purchased maybe 600 songs from itunes and i've spent maybe $200 on cds that are STILL on my iPod.

but i mostly use Strikegently to get my music because they have alot of what i'm interested in. :]

I have 134 songs on my iPod Nano. There used to be about 150-60, but a few of my files are in Apple Lossless Format and take up a lot of space.

i got 1628 songs on my video nano and another 30 or so music videos... I only have like 15 songs that I play on my ipod more than 10 times though lol
