I Noticed this picture on someones createblog picture i asked them how they did it but it wasnt them that done it so they said that there might be someone on here too help me out?

Does anyone know how too make it look that good ive heard of animation shop & photoscape but it dosent turn out like that on there because this pic down here looks more real !

Someone must have grabbed it from a show or taped it and then went into a program to make it a Gif.
There is a tutorial on how to make them.

What program do you have?

Umm I Use Paintshop pro 9 ,Fireworks MX 2004,Photoscape,& Can download which every program too make it:)?x
