That's not a myspace layout, it's for a personal website.
Yeah, what Julia said. You can try asking the layout's designer to design it for MySpace too, though.
You could probably easily rebuild it for myspace.

If you want to re-do it so that it will work with your myspace you need to get permission from the designer, seeing as you are altering the codes and images. The designer has the right to say no, but until they say yes we can't help you any further.

You can also ask the designer if they can code it for a MySpace. She might like it if she gets another layout accepted under her belt.
