wow.. those are very cool designs

first one's lightings is a bit crispy........3dsmax i suppose? but like before, somehow, the fonts spoils it all.......the fonts don't match and the glow is sickening to see. you could trendwhore it a bit and lighten the text areas.

on the other note, not posting my work just yet. my latest was infection:

Nice retro.... but I'd have to agree with Nay.. the font doesn't seem to match. The outerglow actually. It should be incorporated into the image, not look like it was just layered on. As for Nay.. love the green.

i'm starting to be hostile on reviews nowadays........for some reason, i've seen TOO much people ripping off other people's hard work. no, not those usual whiners of 'hey you jocked my xanga' blabitty bla bla but in fact most of the time the people who are whining of 'being jocked' are infact 'jocked' artwork from deviantart or other great artwork sites.

and the 'infection', i'm relooking into it. it's pathetic as i see of now. i rushed on the glows, the concertration point went off and became a little blur because of the lighting. the brushes are looking a little fake. (no, i never praise myself, i suck - that's how you improve).

note: i'm a big fan of depthcore.com and have praticly looked and remembers every single artwork of theirs. rip them and don't be surprised if your computer doesn't start sometime......

heh! nay is a webdesign pro!!! oh yeah, tim, i use 3dstudio max, photoshop, and sometimes paintshop pro(i am not that good with psp becasue i dont use it as much)

You mean add a font to someone else's artwork right? Cause adding font to your own work, if done right.. can be the one thing it needs to really spice it up.

Haha.. yeah they think it's all right to take from the high-almighty artists thinking no one would notice... I associate myself more with anime artists, not really graphic ones. I caught someone yesterday using someone's are without even crediting. It's extremely GOOD art people, but that doesn't make it an official pic that everyone can use!! Respect the artists!!!

are some. most of the people posted here are praticly outkasted everywhere they go. it all burns down to this, people spend 900 hours on an artpiece. someone just takes it and uses it for their 'banner'. so the person credits the artist. he places tens of millions of ads on his page crediting the artist.....

a rip is a rip. that 900 hours to brushing, rendering goes to a waste just like *snap*. i've busted a few around here.............heh these people never learn.......

well i could go on and on but another thing i hate to see is people crop out some picture. dude, anime dude/dudess.....anything and add some brushings and call it done. but i mean wtf? then they go on blabbering for someone 'jocking' it for their 'hard work'........

i've never seen anyone around here or most places for that matter that actually 'work hard'..........definition? put 'all'.......and i do mean 'all' your knowledge and time into one single layout and you'd really be surprised 'did i do that?'....

if i made a poll for how many 'layouts' do you do in a week......heh....let's see......i'd expect more than 7 as an average reply........eww.....

lol sorry about that. I learned at tuitorial sites. You can try searching google for some. I would write a tutorial, but nay is better than me at that kinda tutorial stuff.

lol, heh.......let's see......the first and foremost thing i do notice is that there isn't much work to the things. see for example, the last one, an image of......whoever, artistic filter applied, scan lines - opacity reducted, boxes created, stroke applied; arrows created and added some text.....

my work? i've never really cared about most people's opinion unless ones like from my superiors in design. i am working on something. i'm no rusher and hate rushing. we'll see.......when i get it done a few weeks from now.

that's not the real size though. the real one is at 900 x 2580 when i was working with it. 135 layers, mostly brushing, trendwhore and text. 7 hours. just a quick piece of crap though....

bleh i think this is a stupid question but i think all of ur artworks are really pretty and im jealous heh.. question.. how do u make it so nice? is it like tutorials or something? sorry i jus got photoshop and dont kno how to do much lol

I didn't get any tutorials or anything! i just learned myself bottom up! wat i did was examine how da artist did deir picture and try to [let say copy it] then i learned from da pictures!
