true =], but I love wedding dresses and pie xd.

Wow, excellent reasons to get married! thumbsup.gif

Who knows? If I get married, I get married. It's not going to be anytime soon, that's for sure. I know for sure that I am definitely not going to get married until everyone has the legal right to do so (ie gays and lesbians). Getting married is not some sacred privilege to white upper class homophobes dammit.

Why never blink.gif ?

fear of losing them in any way possible, whether it be death or for them waking up one day realizing i was their mistake. fear that they will never love and appreciate every part of me, from physical to personality. i don't want to deal with the aftermath, in case anything does happen. i don't think i can handle being left after committing myself fully and truly, with binding contract that states at the end "till death do us part."

nothing lasts forever.

Man, I see all these people who're saying mid-20s and stuff and thinking back on how I used to think I wanted to get married around that age, too. Now I'm in college and I know I won't be done for a really long time. I really can't imagine getting married in the foreseeable future right now. =\ Nothing against those who get married at that age or want to, it's just REALLY not right for me.

Good lord, get into college first then see you how you feel. I am 21 and in a long term relationship and I feel absolutely no rush to get married.

When I was a frosh in HS, I wanted my bf at the time to marry me then and there. Then we broke up. When I was a junior in HS, I wanted my bf to marry me when I graduated, but then we broke up. Now I'm a senior, and Im with the guy I was dating freshman year, turns out he would've married me right out of HS had we stayed together. Now, I'll get married when I get married. I don't have a preference, my average relationship is a year long anyhow, so...its not like I have to try really hard.
The only thing that changed is that I dont want to have kids by 24. I'll have kids when Im finished with school, so in about 12 years. That'll make me 30.

Oh yeah, right now, because my past boyfriends didnt value the importance of marriage and the title of boyfriend and girlfriend, I don't value marriage much so I dont really have a preference who I get married to. He'd better not be stupid, cause Ill dump his ass faster than a hot potatoe, kids or none.
