or even on how to get little circles at the bottom like little circles that you can put pictures in ?

i think you can just use the elliptical tool and select a part of an image you want to use. then just cut and paste it. but, im not really sure what you're asking, so yeah.

and a little pink 'glow orb' set on screen/lighten.


at the bottom, with her face, it's just a copy and paste sort of thing with a elliptical marquee tool.

He is correct thats how you make the circle :)

you literally use just about any program including MS paint to make those circles.
