(I promise I tried looking for a topic like this, so if there is already one, point me to it and I'll merge 'em)

Today I did my math homework outside, because it was so nice (like 70's and sunny). I tend to get distracted a lot when I try to do my homework in my house. There's too many people coming and going.

So... where do you study?

I used to study in the living room but the television becomes a distraction. So then, i move to my bedroom..But then, my cellphone becomes a distraction

So, i turn everything off and stay in my bed[:
I have a habit of studying while lying down. lol!

on the roof[: in my hammock outside.
or on my desk in my room


when i study on my bed, i fall asleep.
haha. its tooo comfortable.

i move from room to room in my house
but i usually study in the kitchen or my bedroom--
& between the kitchen & my bedroom, i study more in the kitchen- just cause someone's there to stop me from getting distracted

library, or study groups with friends.

Someplace with food or coffee

I study up on my roof. It's calming.

my bedroom, I;ve had to move my computer 5 times around each room just so I wont be distracted but I failed miserably :[

I usually just study in my room... but I like going to the public library sometimes. And I think I'll be spending a lot of time at the SFU library next year...

Hmm.. well, when I actually DO study, it's either in at home or bf's house, or at the library. I work at the library, so sometimes I'll get my last minute cramming in while I'm at work.

plus when im done studying, i just walk to the mall since it's attached to it!

i LOVE studying at b&n! its so awesome.
but usually, i study in my room or the living room because no one bothers me when i'm in my room and people barely come into the living room.

I study in my room. I lock the door because I need to have complete silence. Even the slightest squeak can distract me.

I sit on my bedroom floor with my bed as a desk.

Home with television on. lol. I just can't help it.

I've tried that. I NEVER GET ANYTHING DONE. I don't know how you can do it >_<

i rarely study i, get frustrated becuase it's so quiet and then i put the tv or music and i get distracted so there's no point but i try my best

Haha! It's easy, but I prefer having music on instead of the television.

I usually study in my room, too. But since I carry my laptop around almost everywhere, I tend to study anywhere and anytime I have a free moment. Sometimes silence is more of a luxury. ._.

During the school year I tend to get a lot done in practice rooms. I can practice and study all at the same time. I can hear people playing in the rooms near me, but it kind of doesn't bother me. In a way I kind of like it. xD

ohh, &i like studying with coffee. lmfao.
it actually helps me stay up. but sometimes, it prevents me from sleeping.

I study on my bed with iTunes on.

^Really? To me, it makes studying easier. It gives me a constant flow of ideas, like for an essay for example. And it's great entertainment.

Yeah. Music makes everything easier for me, mainly because I gots issues sitting down for a long period of time, haha.

haha, when i listen to music, i think about the music. &i cant really think of anything else. like, i cant come up with ideas. or study for that matter. lmfao.

Yeah, that too. But sorry, Niko. I know not everyone can focus on many things at once. Haha!

I can study with music on, but not the TV. I need my eyes to be looking at whatever I'm studying, but my ears can do something else. XD

oh but i study for midterms and finals.
and in that case i study in my room or in the living room.

I study in my room & sometimes in the library at school on the last floor where it's completely quiet if I have time in between classes

I'm not a big study person, but my bed or my desk is where I do my work and stuff. I don't like being far away from procrastination outlets. (which is why I do my homework next to my laptop)

I read somewhere that studying on a bed is baad because it's so comfortable, you can't concentrate.

I know, really hard to concentrate when you're doing something else.

I basically study anywhere I can; preferably somewhere quiet.

Well i dont study and i dont do homework. But when i do my homework i tend to like to do it on my bed, && with the radio BLASTING !!!

ditto. most common would be at the park (i love that there's wifi!), at border's, starbucks, at work, in my room, in the living room, and in the backyard. rarely, if i have time, i'll go to the library.

I study during class periods.For example, if I'm in Anatomy and physiology, I just pay attention very well and get the subject really fast.I never study at home or nothing.
