Ive decided to start doing prices for many of my layous but i dont know if they are good enought, ill have a free section and a pay section but I also wanna do a request section but its gonna be costing money.

I don't think you're quite ready to start charging for your designs just yet- concentrate more on slowly upping the quality of your work and you should find that paid layout requests come a'calling in your inbox.
