Ok, I installed a couple of trackers on my Myspace just because. Well when I look at the IPs that are coming in I try to do a search to figure out who it is identifying. It seems like the IPs are just identifying where the ISP is located. For example, my IP says I'm in LA which I am NOWHERE near. Is there any way to narrow it down a bit? I know there must me because I could have sworn I did years ago on Xanga.

http://www.maxmind.com/app/lookup_city is normally pretty accurate for most IP addresses. A bunch of the members from a forum I visit tested various websites, and maxmind was the most accurate.
Try it and see if it shows your real location.

Whenever I track my own IP address, it shows my friend's house. In my experience, trackers are pretty inaccurate.
