if theres a name/website like "esample.com" already taken and already up will get in trouble if i have a website named "esampleblue.com"?

I don't see why you would. The word "esample" isn't trademarked or copyrighted to anyone as far as I know.

esample.com is just an EXAMPLE of what im trying to say.....okay what if i want made a website called "createblogworld.com" and made money off it? could createblog come after me?

Maybe you should just tell us the name you're considering; that way we can tell you if we think it's okay or not. It's more of a case-by-case basis, right?
