Gah dang it I'm pissed at Cristy for ruining my perfect record. 
i think they are. it's something like a 10% warning is = to a verbal warning now and they don't take away OM until 20% or something.

Cristy this is a bad joke you playin'. 
Mmk, so I'm guessing you figured out that verbal warnings are gone and 10% warning is to act as a verbal warning. That's why once your warning level hits 20% you lose any OM status you have.
