I know he likes me, I just don't know if he knows I like him too. A lot. How can I let him know that I like him in a really cute way, without being like "HEY I LIKE YOU BYE."?

I think your trying to live your life like its a movie.
Just tell him.
It doesn't have to be cute, if he likes you it really shouldn't matter.

Suggestions/Ideas:
Write a note/have a friend tell him/call him and bring it up/just flat out say it.

Letters are always cute. Or recite it in a poem if you're feeling lucky.

Everyone likes a love letter.

yeah a letter/note would be nice, unless you have the courage to say it face-to-face. something simple and not complicated, but not blunt either.
