so i know i can't be the only one who frequents concerts on CB.
personally, i only feel at home when i'm at a concert. therefore i was curious as to what your first or favorite concert was. what was it like, show pictures, and/or videos.
i'll post some of my pictures a bit later on once i dig them up :]
my first concert was the all american rejects and it was at six flags, i was ten. it changed my life :]
one of my favorite pictures from the show was a photo i took of the lead singer of we the kings, travis, and he is holding the doll we made for him.
he drew the face on. not me!

My first concert was Britney Spears! xD I was way up at the balcony, as far as you could be from the stage... I couldn't see anything. It was pretty bad.
Hm, pretty much all the concerts I've been to (there hasn't been many) are different. But I guess my favourite would have to be the John Mayer one I went to in May 2007. It was pretty sweet, because I sat in row 20-something but was allowed to walk all the way up to the front to take pictures of him. A bit lame, yes, but man it was awesome.

I think my favorite one was We The Kings this past April.
my friends and i went on a roadtrip to see them, and it was amazing.
We talked to them for hours and we gave them gifts and we hung out.
it was really really great.

My first concert was Jason Mraz. I met him but I didn't care 'cause I had never heard of him(I tagged along with my sister).
My last concert was back in Sept. '07. The Emeralds, The Captains & Peelander-Z performed. It was amazing! Here's my favorite pic from the concert:

Oh yeah, another really good concert was the Arctic Monkeys! Except that the original opening band canceled, and the band that actually played before them sucked ass. I'm not one for mosh pits and being pushed to and fro by strangers... but it was a great experience for me. xD
I can't wait till next year, when I'll be old enough to go to better, more private venues. =D

The best concert I've been to was probably Oasis, just because we fought SO effing hard to get to the front of like, 60,000 people, and ended up SO close to the stage, it was amazing. Plus, their songs are so anthemic, perfect for arenas.
We Are Scientists were really good as well.

Me too!
I don't know how old I was, but I was still in Elementary school. My rich friend took me with her, we were way close to the stage.
My favorite would either have to be the Boys Night Out concert where the lead singer told me I was beautiful and sang my favorite song just for me, or the NOFX show where Fat Mike talked to me in front of everyone. Either way, they were both amazing. Here is a picture of me with the lead singer of Boys Night Out
I've seen them three times and it just gets better every time. That's a picture from the third show, and he totally remembered me

ooh i love oasis.
getting to the front of the stage is always great. i find the pushing and shoving completelty hilarious.
i normally go to really small venues so getting to the front isnt too difficult when theres only about 200 people.
but when i saw my chemical romance at madison square garden, my friends and i got there about 4 hours early and there was a major line already. the pit was enormous though so we were in what you could consider to be second row. it was amazing.
my favorite band taking back sunday was there and i was so close that at one point i screamed 'adam youre amazing!' and he smiled and winked at me. i almost melted.
then later on, matt the bassist smiled at me too.
it was an amazing experience

Taking Back Sunday were mediocre live... I wasn't that impressed, to be honest. Then again I'm not a huge fan to start with.

i don't remember who i went to go see for my first concert. it was either nsync, bsb, or the spice girls lol.

i want to say the spice girls but i'm not completely sure. if it was, i remember i was all the way in the back & we were all standing; there were no seats because it was a standing concert

& i told my mom & dad that i was bored & we went home. LOL. yeah that was my spice girls concert. i've been to sooooo many that i dk if i can name them all.
also, guys, when posting pictures, please remember to thumb them because they stretch out the boards. thanks

My first concert was Linkin Park. Wayyy back in the day. I think that they were amazing live then, so it's probably my favorite one that I've been to.
I've seen a ton of bands live, so it's hard to chose who is the best. I do have to say that Dope has a great audience. I see them every year and when you're a part of the crowd it's awesome. Everyone moves together.

So i'll hopefully see them sometime soon.

Oh, I lied, it was May '05, so even longer ago. They weren't like, TERRIBLE or anything, just really average.

My first concert was the 2008 Korean Music Festival on May 17th, 2008. I flew from New York City to Los Angeles just to see it, and it was completely worth it. I went mainly for DBSK, who hadn't been to the United States in four years since last performing at the 2004 KMF, so of course I wasn't going to miss that chance to see them live. The concert was amazing, everyone was good, and I met so many people that I'll never forget.

that is really cool.
i wish i could fly somewhere for a concert.
i think as of right now, the only band i would fly somewhere for is for this UK band named Hadouken!
i adore them, i'd soo fly to the UK for one of their shows.

My first concert was...Kelly Clarkson haha.
My favorite concert was probably the most recent one, April 25, 2008- AP Tour:) First row the whole time. Forever the sickest kids, The Matches, Sonny Moore (ugh i hated them) The Rocket Summer, and All Time Low (Loveee). It was amazing.
And I met Forever the Sickest kids before the concert and All time Low for the second time and Bryce Avary after the show:)

Yeah, it wasn't that bad flying alone. I'd fly to Japan or Korea for DBSK if I had the money.
