How It Works:
Members post on which staff member they think has made the most impact on CB that month and deserves the title of Staff Member of the Month. Then, the votes will be tallied to who wins! The members themselves vote on this, and any member who's not a part of the staff can vote. Staff can, however, suggest a mod they see deserving of the title.

James never ceases to leave a lasting impression on the members of cB, representing the entire staff. Thanks to march f****t, who is possibly the most frequent poster on staff, we all know how things operate. He is omnifriendly and promotes the feeling that you can post and have a good time on cB without worrying about being actioned for some petty thing that bothers no one and does nothing negative to the site aside from a slight disagreement with "the rules".

Fierce competition between James and No One. I nominate James, though. Love of my life, he's always there to make sure I fall in line, never breaking a rule. Without him, this website would be in shambles and there would be a lot less horse shit. Thanks to that horse shit, we can now fertilize our lawns properly and avoid brown patch or any other lawn ailments. This one's to you, James! Forever friends!
