does eny one know how to make music notes on photoshop cs2? and wut is vectoring exactly n how do u do that?

There are plenty of brushes available, but if you want to make your own the only suggestion I have is to use the pen tool to draw out the shape - there's not going to be really any quick fix available. If you aren't yet very comfortable with the pen tool and want to do this quickly, I'd find a brush that has music notes.

I did a quick Google search and came up with these music notes brushes.
