Oh, I missed it... meh. Was it better/worse than High School Musical?

I watched it last night.
It was worse then HSM, in my opinion.

I think there was too much leading up to it.
Kind of a let down, but still a cute movie.
the Jonas Brothers aren't the best actors either.

but it's just a total Disney movie.

It was fairly good, as far as tv movies go I really liked a few of the songs... at least the ones with the Jonas Brothers and the main girl. The "hip hop" ones and the other songs were horrible though. And the ending was way too anticlimactic.

My sister wanted me to watch it with her so I did. I get that the movie was obviously revolving around singers, but some of the people ( like the Jonas Brothers) aren't the best actors. It was kinda annoying in some of the scenes.
The plot line was pretty typical, but I mean what else do you expect from Disney. The movie wasn't THAT bad though. Except, Joe Jonas is looking kinda girly. Sorry.
Supposedly one of the songs was a Regeatton one, the Hasta La Vista one, definitely NOT reggeaton.

LOL, I watched it with my friend. He thought it was like Hannah Montana + HSM, and worse. Hmm, the movie was pretty predictable.

Also, that white bitch, she turned good too early.

He always looks girly. xD

He's sexy, though I wish he didn't change his hair.

What a relief that Demi and Joe didn't kiss or anything, I would have been heartbroken. LOL.

The song Demi sings with the piano is stuck in my head. I hate to admit it but I actually like it considering its "cookie cutter pop star" stuff. That was ironic what she said... lol.

The acoustic version is so much better than the TV version, IMO.

Well Demi has more talent than most of the other recent disney kids. HSM sucked butt, none of that stuff ever happens. Period.

the movie was alright; predictable; disney. i agree with everyone about the jonas brothers not being good actor. they should stick to just music, i guess.

the song i like though is "i gotta find you". when he sings it to mitchie on the dock. its sweet. and the "this is real" song was pretty catchy.

and the "cookie cutter pop star" stuff was pretty funny. lmao.

yeah i actually saw most of it (i dky why, i guess i was that bored). it was lame like the other disney channel movies. too predictable. hsm was better, imo.

Ewwww, why did you guys watch this? All it's doing is feeding and furthering the take over of annoying ass disney freaks. Honestly, I don't get why everyone is so obsessed over the Jonas Brothers, obvi the oldest one isn't gonna stay a virgin and the rest aren't too cute. Sigh. Talentless curly machines.

Aside from the bad acting, I kinda only watched for my baby Joe Jonas and Demi Lovato, anyway. My favorite part was probably when Joe serenaded Demi and then they sang together but other than that, it had the typical disney plot and ending and they probably won't kiss until camp Rock 2 or something.

Ha. I always feel so out of the loop, because I never pay attention to what disney is throwing in kids faces these days.

for all the hype that this movie has been getting since like january, i thought that it pretty much SUCKED... it was way below my expectations. but a major element that this movie didn't have that HSM1&2 did was kenny ortega, the choreographer.

the only song i liked was that acoustic song joe jonas sang. the rest... ehhh.

I kinda actually thought she would've stole Mitchie's music book and pretending that she was "the girl". I mean, that would've been more interesting at least.

I just watched the movie.

It really saddens me, seeing Alyson Stoner in Disney shows/movies. She was/is an amazing dancer and had such a bright future. Should have stuck with Missy Elliott! And it really bugs me when Disney movies have people acting completely stupid for comedic effect... especially if they're really bad at it - and Kevin Jonas was definitely bad at it. Actually, all of them were bad, but out of the three Jonas', I think Nick was the best. The part with the montage of memories of being in the bitchy girl's clique made me laugh. xD

... and why did that girl cave in SO EASILY?!

I wasn't a huge fan of Kenny Ortega in HSM to begin with, but yeah... Camp Rock would've been so much better if they had him. The hip-hop scene was pathetic. Joe Jonas teaching those guys how to dance? Psht.

How annoying was that girl's smile?

I actually liked Camp Rock better than HSM2, but it did have it's corny moments. I found it really annoying of how Joe and Demi always had these moments where they'd be staring at each other and you think they were going to kiss but they didn't. It happened about 5 times throughout the movie. xP

I also found it so stupid when that mean girl, Tess said: "whatever-major-loser" to that girl and Demi defends her by saying: "Wow...'whatever-major-loser' everyone knows that, that was so last year...or maybe not everyone." I thought that was a pretty corny diss she said.
