do you think actors who play sex scenes ever accidentally get a boner?

OMG! I WAS SO THINKING THE SAME THING! The way I see it, I think they probably do get boners, they just have to learn to ignore it and continue with the scene. I've also wondered about Pg-13 shows like Degrassi where they have to pretend to be topless...are they really topless when they shoot it?
